1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using StockForge ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

2. Description of Service

StockForge provides cloud-based manufacturing inventory management software including material tracking, bill of materials management, barcode scanning, production batch tracking, and supply chain automation.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into StockForge. We will not sell, share, or use your inventory data for any purpose other than providing the Service. You can export or delete your data at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access other users' data, reverse engineering the software, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.

6. Pricing and Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Prices may change with 30 days' notice. Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days before it is deleted.

8. Limitation of Liability

StockForge is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
